Public Offer & Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

This document constitutes an official offer (public offer) by Sole Proprietor BADMAZHAPOVA BUTIDMA TSYBENOVNA (the "Provider"), addressed to any individual or legal entity (the "Customer"), and sets out all material terms for providing AI real estate staging services through the Progon.pro service.

2. Subject of the Offer

The Provider grants the Customer access to the Progon.pro service for automatic processing of real estate images using artificial intelligence technology (AI staging).

3. Moment the Service Is Deemed Rendered

The service is deemed fully rendered at the moment the neural network successfully generates an image. Generation is confirmed once the processed image appears in the Customer's account with the status "Ready".

4. Cost and Payment

The cost of services is determined by the current rates published on the Progon.pro website. Payment is made by purchasing "progons" (credits), which are debited for each image generation.

5. Refund Policy

A refund is not possible once the Customer has used at least 1 (one) credit (progon) to generate an image.

A refund of unused funds is possible within 14 days of payment, provided no progons have been spent. To request a refund, email: support@progon.pro.

6. Rights to Generated Images

All rights to generated images belong to the Customer, provided the Customer complies with these terms of use. The Customer may use the resulting images for commercial and non-commercial purposes without restriction.

The Provider reserves the right to use anonymized examples of work in marketing materials unless the Customer has expressly objected.

7. Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer: The Progon.pro service is not liable for:

• Artifacts arising from the neural network's processing
• The result failing to meet the Customer's subjective expectations
• The quality of source images uploaded by the Customer
• Use of generated images by the Customer in ways that violate the law

The Provider guarantees the operability of the service and the technical capability to generate images in accordance with its stated functionality.

8. Prohibited Content

It is strictly prohibited to upload images that:

• Violate the laws of the Russian Federation
• Contain scenes of violence or cruelty
• Contain pornographic material
• Infringe the rights of third parties (copyright, right to one's likeness)
• Contain extremist material

If violations are detected, the Provider reserves the right to block the Customer's account without a refund.

9. Acceptance of the Offer

This offer is accepted upon registration on the Progon.pro website and/or payment for services. Acceptance means full and unconditional agreement with all terms of this offer.

10. Changes to These Terms

The Provider reserves the right to amend the terms of this offer. The current version is always available at Progon.pro/terms. Continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes agreement with the new terms.
